Guillaume Picot
COO and CFO. Ten years at General Electric. I run every mandate myself, which is the whole point.

I bring a rare combination to every mandate, all of it learned by doing the job: COO execution across processes, systems, and people; CFO discipline with ownership of EBITDA and cash; end-to-end integration and transformation leadership; and from GE, Lean Six Sigma and the operating rhythm.
At GE, I ran post-merger integrations, ERP and other system implementations, digital transformation, and performance programs across Europe. That is where I learned what execution is. Not dashboards, not committees. One accountable owner per initiative, numbers reviewed weekly, and bad news surfaced early.
After GE, I co-founded a technology startup, then joined Sensee, a fast-growing digital-native eyewear retailer, as Deputy Managing Director and CFO. Then back to where I started: integration, transformation, and performance mandates for private equity portfolio companies, family groups, and corporates across Europe, the US, and the Gulf.
Today that work is concentrated in the UAE, with groups growing by acquisition and the investors behind them. It spans finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial performance, because the problems do not respect function boundaries.
MSc in Finance, HEC Paris. MBA, INSEAD. Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, General Electric.
