Guillaume Picot is a transformation leader with 30 years of experience across large corporations and investor-backed businesses in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
His work focuses on turning strategy into execution, improving margins and cash flow, simplifying operations, building reliable data, and creating the management discipline required to scale with control.
Prior to founding Orsay Consulting, Guillaume served as Deputy Managing Director at Sensee, a digital-native eyewear retailer. He previously spent 10 years at General Electric in leadership roles across digital transformation, operational excellence, and business integration in several European markets. He began his career at Ford Motor Company.
He holds an MSc in Finance from HEC Paris and an MBA from INSEAD.

Julie advises luxury brands, hospitality groups, destinations and mixed-use developments on commercial growth, strategic partnerships and premium customer experiences.
Over the past two decades, she has held leadership roles with Richemont, LVMH and MSC Cruises, where she led international growth strategies, destination partnerships and experience-driven transformation across Europe, the Middle East and North America.
Today, she helps organizations create commercially successful ecosystems by connecting brands, destinations and people through partnerships, lifestyle experiences and growth strategies.
Julie is an INSEAD Management Acceleration Program graduate and serves on the Board of the Union des Français de l’Étranger (UFE) Abu Dhabi.
