Guillaume Picot

Guillaume Picot has over 20 years of professional experience working for large corporations, midsize companies, and startups in various industries in Europe, the United States, and the Middle-East.

He has extensive experience driving change and transformation, building and managing high-performance cross-functional teams, and a proven track record in managing digital businesses.

Prior to founding Orsay Consulting, he served as deputy managing director at Sensee, a retailer founded by tech entrepreneur Marc Simoncini. He also co-founded and served as COO for a startup specializing in cloud storage solutions, providing him firsthand experience of what it takes to launch and grow a business.

Before that, he worked for 10 years at General Electric, holding various leadership positions in Digital Transformation and Operational Excellence in France, Germany, Sweden, UK and The Netherlands. He started his career at Ford and Credit Agricole Consumer Finance.

Guillaume Picot holds a MSc in Finance from HEC and an MBA from INSEAD.
