I spent ten years at General Electric running post-merger integrations, ERP implementations, digital transformation, and performance programs across Europe. That is where I learned what execution actually is, and what it is not. It is not more dashboards or more committees. It is one accountable owner per initiative, numbers reviewed weekly, and bad news surfaced early.
After GE, I co-founded a technology startup, then joined a fast-growing digital-native eyewear retailer as Deputy MD and CFO. I rebuilt finance, systems, and the supply chain, led the international expansion, delivered 25% growth, and restored profitability.
Today I run value creation and integration mandates for groups in the UAE and Saudi Arabia that are growing by acquisition, and for the investors behind them. The work spans finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial performance, because the problems do not respect function boundaries. I remain accountable for the result: revenue, EBITDA, and cash.
